We want to build and design our CubeSats and electronics to be modular and meant for horizontal scaling.
As mentioned we are working on scaling our launches from being able to do tethered pilots all the way to having city, state and country-wide LEO launches. We need resources and we need regulatory flyers on board. That is why the more cities that want to help us establish commercial partnerships, the better our future is to tackle this on a global scale.

Excluding our gateways, we are trying to provide $5/month internet plans in North America, and eventually over time our gateways might even be offered for free or competitively priced lower and lower.
Our cost for internet plans will be so cheap, that our closest competitors are still considered many multiples in price.
We aim to be competitive in speed to leading ISPs, and are not bound by cabling, or telecom towers in the ground. We don't artificially throttle your plans, and we don't try to monopolize the rights of ownership of an internet service.
Many ISPs offer you the illusion of choice and can jack up the costs as a result, or offer you various forms of upsells. We are trying to offer you what you see is what you get packages based off of telling your city, here is the range, area, and speed we can cover. This adds a whole new layer of transparency into the playing field.

Today with the rise of digitization on such a global scale, comes the need for distributed grids, connectivity, and new forms of infrastructure. Nowadays, if we are going to keep everybody connected, large amounts of cabling and giants towers aren't going to cut it. This is also not to forget the space debris problem. With all that aside, information is a commodity that needs to be horizontally scaled and creating overloaded grids and infrastructure owned by centralized entities isn't the way to go.
